Hugs All Around

I’ll resort to using the store’s shopping basket when I don’t feel like getting a shopping cart or bringing Jimmy in the store with me.

Carrying a basket, regardless how full, can be hard on my hands. Instead, I use the bigger muscles (that’s questionable :) ) of my arms to do the work.

By hugging the basket in towards me, I sneak in some isometric exercises.

This Is the Way I Wash My Floor

My legs are definitely stronger than my arms and hands.

When I wash the floor with a mop, suffice to say that the dance is far from elegant.

I’ve found a solution that even works if something has dried and velcro’d itself to the floor.
