Mentally Preparing for Your Surgery

Learn and practise stress techniques that you can use before, during and after your surgery.  (I even did them as they were wheeling me into the operating room!)

You will increase your immunity, decrease the risk of infection, improve your blood pressure, lessen the need for pain medication and bounce back faster.

You are gaining a sense of control in a seemingly, uncontrollable situation.

If you would like more information on how to do this, please visit my website, or send me an email.
