Avoid the Q and N

I always have some healthy snacks with me – usually a piece of fruit and a handful of nuts.

If I’m delayed, and my blood sugar takes a dip, I’m far less-likely to opt for a Q and N – a quick and nasty option from the nearest convenience store or drive-through window.

  1. Great idea, Marianna. I tend to only take with me a bottle of water. I never think of taking along a healthy snack 🙂
