(Bad) Habit – Be Gone! – Part 1

Since habits are so ingrained, you may not even be aware that you are doing them. Learn to be mindful. (Good news! I can teach you how to do that.)

When you’re trying to break a bad habit, you’ll need to replace it with another one. Preferably, one that is desirable.

For example, instead of _______________, go for a walk, tidy up the house, or make a few phone calls.

Create a “Go To” List to help free you from the magnetic pull of an unwanted habit.
