Food Rules!

Do you have any food rules?

If you make some simple ones, you’ll find it easier to stick with them when the going gets tough and the cravings yell. You may have to experiment a bit to find out which rules rule for you. 🙂

Here are the ones I work on:

  • Designate one or two days a week as dessert day.
  • No eating after dinner.
  • A healthy snack in the afternoon – usually a piece of fruit and a handful of nuts. (See: Avoid the Q and N.)

    Does this mean that I need to watch that movie in order to discover what the first rule of Fight Club is? (Please say no! 🙂 )
