#330 – Pearls of Wisdom and a Pearl Anniversary

Did you know that a thirtieth anniversary is called a Pearl Anniversary?

Annette has been living with rheumatoid arthritis for thirty years. On her blog, she has opened up and shared her pearls of wisdom , including some tips to help you look at life through a glass that is half-full, rather than half-empty.

Speaking of glasses . . . raise a glass and toast her garage sale find. Then, read and learn how exercise consistency goes a long way. (Thanks, Annette – I’ve added this one to my routine.)

We all need someone or something to lean on from time to time. Annette provides a link to some RA-friendly platform crutches.

  1. Thanks for the mention Marianna. That accounts for the increase in people looking at the blog. Now I have to learn how to make it look as good as yours. What happens when you get up to 365 tips? You have a lot of variety in your tips.
